Shoes of Prey is a global, multi-channel retail brand that enables women to design their own shoes. Founded in 2009 by Jodie Fox, Mike Knapp (ex-Google) and Michael Fox (ex-Google), the idea for Shoes of Prey was born out of a problem that Jodie was solving for herself: I can’t find exactly what I want. We’re now on a mission to revolutionize retail. Our goal is to be the world’s most customer-centric fashion brand by giving customers exactly what they want.

You’ll be working with a motivated and talented team that is a great culture to be a part of – we eat lunch together, have regular company events and we can guarantee that it’s a fun and vibrant place to be. Our core values are to passionately create happiness; communicate thoughtfully and constructively; and to make a big impact.

Shoes of Prey has grown rapidly over 5 years and has won a number of awards including Online Retailer of the Year and Store Design of the Year at the World Retail Awards in Paris 2013. We’ve secured a lot of incredible press over the years including Good Morning America, Harpers Bazaar, Vogue, Women’s Wear Daily, Wall Street Journal and many, many more.

We’re on track to become a significant international retailer over the next 5 years and are hunting for people as ambitious as we are to join the team.
