Parabilis is led by a group of seasoned industry executives who understand your business. Dr. Edward Bersoff, the founder and current Chairman, has successfully headed both public and private government contracting companies. Over his forty-year experience, Dr. Bersoff identified a need to provide financing to government contractors who were unable to secure traditional financing. Working with his colleagues in the industry, he founded Parabilis to fill the void and provide small to medium size companies the financial support to execute on government contracts.

At Parabilis, we understand the life cycle of government contractors, and offer a variety of fast, flexible financing options to companies, particularly where traditional financing may be limited or unavailable to due to size, growth or situational needs. Working with Parabilis, our clients are able to tap into the 50+ years of experience our executive team has within the government contracting and finance industries.
