In 2012, nine years after Alex Rodriguez began investing in real estate as a way to preserve and build his own wealth, Alex and Ramon Corona founded Monument Capital Management. The company has acquired more than $800 million in real estate assets, through four Opportunity Funds and various joint ventures.
