Formed in 2005, America's Auto Auction is a wholesale automobile auction company offering a full spectrum of remarketing services for both buyers and sellers of used vehicles. The Company is the third largest provider of pre-owned auto auction services in the country, with 21 auction centers in major markets throughout the eastern half of the United States.
Trinity Hunt will support the America's Auto Auction management team in executing its growth initiatives, which include organic sales growth, add-on acquisitions, and providing additional complementary services to buyers and sellers of vehicles. Trinity Hunt also has a minority stake in Auction Credit Enterprises, a related floor plan finance company that was founded in 2006 to provide short-term, asset-backed inventory financing to dealers who buy auction vehicles.
Since partnering with Trinity Hunt, America's Auto Auction has acquired Auction Broadcasting Company and West Michigan Auto Auction to increase the Company's national footprint and enhance the range of services provided at its auction centers.
