CREATING VALUE IN A DOWN TO EARTH WAY Value Factory Ventures invests in promising startups that are making an impact with pioneering innovations to combat climate change and increase food security. We pull together, in a down to earth way, to make as much possible impact. We invest in pioneering agrifood, climate and circular economy startups that develop disruptive, deeptech technologies to make real impact. We believe here lies the key to solving the world’s most challenging problems: a growing global population, water scarcity and food security, energy transition and climate change. How we work: We partner with innovative, (very) early stage startups that we take to the next level with capital, expertise, hands-on support and our extensive network. Value Factory is all about creating new value - value for the startup, our investors, society and generations to come. What distinguish us is our combination of entrepreneurship, our down-to-earth approach, our extensive network and our commitment. Focus: Our initial ticket size is € 200k to € 1 million. We support the company until the next phase, in which (later stage) Venture Capital Funds can step in. Our criteria: 1) Agrifood, Tech & Climate - Startups that improve sustainability and efficiency with innovative solutions in agriculture and horticulture, the food supply chain, and/or have a positive impact on the environment and climate. 2: Early stage (pre-seeding and seeding). From the idea stage to just getting off the ground. 3. Disruptive: Innovative and disruptive product/idea using deep-tech such as robotics, AI, blockchain and drone technology. 4.
